Bid Writer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bid Writer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our key brands, Direct Corporate Clothing and Incorporatewear, and support the development of WWUGL as a recognised industry leader. Key responsibilities

Bid Writing & Quality Leadership

• Write all first draft and final tender responses
• Proofread and edit all submissions to ensure quality, clarity, and persuasiveness
• Manage post-submission clarifications, updates, and supplementary information

CRM & Customer Relationship Management (Primary Owner)

• Maintain and manage the CRM as the single source of truth for all customer data
• Record customer interactions, tender history, and relationship progress for every account
• Update CRM following every tender submission
• Research new and existing customers for bid qualification and insight
• Identify competitive advantages, customer pain points, and positioning for each tender
