Skin Expert

Lemmorte is looking for a Skin Expert with strong communication and consultative selling skills to engagewith customers over the phone, understand their skin concerns, recommend personalised solutions, anddrive ART conversion, product sales, and upselling . The ideal candidate will combine strong skincare knowledge with a sales-oriented approach , creatingtrust with customers while effectively converting consultations into purchases.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Lemmorte customers and conduct personalised skin consultations . Understand customer skin concerns, requirements, existing routines, and product usage througheffective probing. Recommend relevant Lemmorte products and personalised skincare routines based on customerneeds. Drive ART (At-Home Routine/Treatment) conversion through consultative selling. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant skincare products and routines. Convert customer interest and consultations into successful sales . Clearly communicate product benefits, ingredients, usage, expected experience, and valueproposition. Handle customer objections confidently and convert concerns into sales opportunities. Build customer trust through expert-led, personalised recommendations rather than hard selling. Conduct follow-up calls with customers to improve conversion, repeat purchases, and productadoption. Maintain accurate customer interaction, recommendation, and sales records. Consistently achieve assigned sales, conversion, ART, upselling, and productivity targets . Ensure every interaction meets Lemmorte's standards for customer experience, product accuracy and responsible skincare communication.
