Dermatologist

Lemmorte is looking for a Dermatologist to join on a contractual, part-time basis (3 hours a day) to provide expert-level consultations for customers whose skin concerns require dermatological guidance beyond the scope of a Skin Expert. In this role, the Dermatologist will speak directly with customers, resolve their skin-related queries, and pitch and explain Lemmorte's products and solutions — helping the customer understand how the recommendation will work for them. This is a focused, consultative, customer-facing engagement rather than a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Speak directly with customers to understand and resolve their skin-related queries and concerns. • Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers escalated by Skin Experts for a higher level of clinical assessment. • Understand the customer's skin history, concerns, current routine, and expectations through effective consultation and probing. • Pitch and recommend suitable Lemmorte products, treatments, and routines based on the customer's needs. • Clearly explain how the recommended product or treatment works, its benefits, usage, and suitability for the customer. • Provide professional, responsible guidance within the appropriate clinical scope of practice. • Handle customer concerns, objections, and hesitation with confidence and clinical credibility. • Work closely with Skin Experts to maintain a clear escalation and handover process. • Maintain accurate consultation notes, recommendations, and customer history for handover and follow-up. • Ensure all recommendations remain ethical, clinically responsible, and aligned with applicable professional standards.
